No enough milk for my baby
Hello.. I’m a mom of 80 days old baby.. I have a low milk supply... I had normal delivery using epidural but got hemorrhage after 10 days.. due to loss of blood my milk supply was low... so we fed formula for baby and that leads to shallow latch which we found around 60 days... I still has no enough milk for my baby... I don’t feel heavy even she doesn’t take for 7 hrs at night . My mom giving ragi porridge... .I’m really concerned how to increase milk so that I can avoid ragi and formula...

Hi thanks for writing to Practo.  Let baby suckle on breast every 2-3 hours. Drink at least 2 L of water to keep you hydrated. Remember milk supply is -- demand and supply relation. The more you feed, the more milk will be formed  else it will decrease.
