Nipples are swollen

Nipples are swollen

Asked for Male, 16 Years

I am a 16 year old boy and my nipples are swollen they are soft and when i touch it several seconds later they become normal and then again after few minutes they again becomes swollen are they puberty changes or i should worry about this, behind nipples there are small clots on both side but none of them pains
