Night fall
Is it true if the sperm tank gets full then we face a night fall (ejaculation of sperm) while sleeping. Bcoz from two days I had a night fall ejaculation while sleeping continuously.. and I didn't watched any porn recently or had any sexual arousal thoughts. So what could be the reason behind the night fall here? Thanks.

Night falls are a natural phenomena. But when we start having night falls more than 4-5 times a month, then there is a problem. We start feeling weakness, tiredness, etc.. Do not take milk after 3 pm. Try to avoid non-veg, spicy, fried & chilly food. Do not watch pornography materials. Take good healthy diet, do exercise & yoga daily. Take tab. Confido & chandan adi bhati each morning & evening with water. Keep stumic clean & avoid constipation.

Hello.......Night fall or wet dreams is a very common occurrence among men, The frequency of these nocturnal emissions varies from person to person, Exercising regularly and avoiding spicy foods can lessen the frequency of nightfall.emty bladder before going to bed, don't worry if it occurs, because if you keep on thinking about nightfall or have the fear of night fall at the time of sleeping then you get more chances to have the night fall again.
