New to diabetes family
Hi... Am on insulin every day.. Type 1 diabetic..New to diabetic world.. Am feeling very different.. Can't even explain.. I feel like yawning during evening hours.. But unable to yawn and my throat region expands a bit. What may be the actual reason for this? And having some burning sensation in my stomach. Which specialist Doctor can I meet? And my mother, age 45 is type 2, she has controlled sugar levels. Recently she turned in to menopause. And her skin is becoming like old people and always she complaints of no energy. Which specialised Doctor should I meet? Please give me some suggestions...

If u got diabetes at the age of 26 and u have a family h/o diabetes in mother, you need to be doubly sure about your diagnosis. You may well be a young type 2 who can be easily managed on oral tablets and may not require insulin. To be able to diagnose you the detailed history is needed.
