New born baby fever

Asked for Female, 1 Years

I have new born baby. Just 4 days old. She have fever from yesterday 101 degrees. Please advice me what kind of treatment is good for her we are giving her crocin drops but still no improvement. She is sleeping well drinking milk well. Playing as. But only her body temperature not coming down. Please advice me as soon as possible.
