What about decreasing Cretinine which is between 1.6 to 2.0 for last one year. Having very normal diet

I have done my creatine and urine test. The value of creatinine is 1.3 or protein is + indicates. Is it a serious issue. I don't have any symptoms. What should I do

One week ago  morning first urine iam randomly check lot of foam in my urine . after hydration 7 time iam urinate at the same day no foam in my urine . every time iam check morning first urine  only it happen . even after  first urine in the morning I don't drink any water again check after 1hr no foam in my urine . my hba1c- 4.8,bp normal, no pain , no swelling, no fatigue, no abnormal urine color, no urine pattern change . i don,t have any cronic disease . my age 30

I had high uric acid last month and took Febuxostat (Febutaz) continuously for about 30–40 days, after which my uric acid reduced to 4.7 mg/dL earlier it was 9.2. I stopped the medicine on 27 November, and after 20–25 days my uric acid has become elevated again. Why? I've been eating clean and strict diet food, completely veg protein, avoiding high purine food.

My creatrine level is between 1.5 to 2.0 for the last one year and is also having constipation in parallel to this. I am diabetic also. Can you recommend some remedy for this

Dear Doctor. I am diabetic and BP patient. Taking telmi beta 50 daily one, on medication for diabetes and Dapa 10mg daily. I have seen 1+, 2+ and trace rectly in Urine tests. Doctor advised me to do UACR and attached is report is it a sign of worry. Triglycerides around 200 amd complete on diet and avoiding meat and all. Kindly please advice If this is a worry.

I am a woman and I had nephrotic syndrome in childhood (edema). I took homeo medicine and things got normal at 5. I was able to live a normal life though an USG at age 15 read "bilateral renal medical disease". I got married at 25 and had fever and back pain issues initially. I was diagnosed with pyeloureteritis and I was on antibiotics. Is pyeloureteritis common in newly married ? I have proteinuria and my current serum creatinine is 1.4 mg/dL. PCR is 3.5. Doctors have advised against biopsy due to thin cortex and smaller size of the kidney. Why has this happened ? Will be able to bear a child ever ?

Hi sir, Iam suffering with proteinuria ACR is 302 and RFT is normal , HBA1c is 9 on March 2025.. Iam on medications from past 6 months like Arbs, Sgl2 inhibitors and finerenone...but still iam observing foamy urine..whether I can reverse proteinuria or it's life time disease or it will aggressively progress to ESRD ..I don't know..kindly guide

Please guide for this issue. Kidney stone related problem. Surgery required? Or recover with medicine
