I am 32 years male with 43 kgs weight now. 9 months ago taking outside food severe diarrhoea and vomiting and complete stopping of urine then 4 dialysis given then after 10 days normal urine. All kidney function normal after 15 days. But now k level 3.26. Though urea 19.9 creatinine  0.73 urine R/E, M/E, H normal and hb 13.2. Na level normal but pattasium level 3.26. Do I need any further investigation?? Please advise

My Urine Protein was showing Present with Trace as i noticed foam consistently. (Test taken on Oct month with Early Morning Sample) Rest all stats are normal/Nil. Took UPCR in (Nov month) (Evening Sample at 6:00PM) with Protein Creatinine ratio of 0.03. Protein at 5 mg/dl and Creatinine at 157.8 mg/dl. Foamy urine is mostly in the morning and less in the evening followed by night. I have no symptoms no swelling nothing and my KFT report shows all normal values with normal electrolytes as well. BUN Creatinine ratio of 5.8 BUN of 4.7 mgdl Urea- 10 mg/dl Pls confirm if this is normal? Then why foamy appearance?

35 years old male, 1.2 creatinine, Uric Acid - 5.6, Cholesterol total 148, Triglycerides- 310, hba1c - 6.6, Electrolytes - normal. UACR - 201, Please see my latest report and on medication for diabetes and BP. I am on strict diet don't know why triglycerides increased and UACR 201.
