Nemaline Myopathy
I am a known case of Nemaline Myopathy. I have pain in my back for last couple of days and the Blood Pressure shoots up along with vertigo after sitting in chair for quite long. It has never happened before. Is it something which needs immediate attention and whom shall I visit.

Hellloo..  nemaline myopathy presents with muscle weakness throughout the body, but it is typically most severe in the muscles of the face, neck, and limbs. Its a rare disease ... You can consult neurologist or physiotherapist....vertigo is worrying because it can occur at any time , don't drive , don't go out alone ... Consult doctor soon .you can consult general physician or ent specialist for vertigo.
