Need to reduce 15kgs
I delivered 3 months back, my weight before pregnancy was 75.2kgs, and at the time of delivery it was 79.6 kgs, now I am 73 kgs, I really need to reduce at least 15kgs as bcz of weight I am getting knee and ankle pain.i am walking fast for 3-5 KMs per day. Kindly suggest diet plans which I Shud follow.Thanks in advance.

Hi..congratulations to u n family...after each delivery a new woman is born..n its the ideal time to get in shape coz your body can be easily reformed As u might be feeding your baby..a strict diet is not recommended.. But yes its good that u need to take in proper nutrition n loose in a healthy way Eat small portions frequently.. Don't be empty stomach at all Focus on fruits n vegetables Don't eat fried. Go high on omega 3 rich food Drink water before meals. Always drink Luke warm water. Ajwain panic is ideal at thus stage. Reduce liquid in even. Hi there, Good to hear from you :) Do not fret....you can surely lose 15kgs that to by eating healthy.The diet plan needs to be provided based on your nutritional needs, lifestyle and medical issues and hence we can surely help you with the same.Meanwhile you can follow these tips- Eat small and frequent meals preferably every 2 hrs. Stay hydrated,drink at least 12-15glasses of water per day. Stay away from refined, fattening and processed food Eat at least 2 servings of fruits and 3 servings of veggies. Do maintain portion size and do not go overboard. Chew your food well and do not eat in a hurry. Stick to lean meat like chicken and fish and avoid meat or red meat.
