Hi doctor I'm little confused wat is order I can use gym swimming sauna and steam bath. Can I go for it everyday I want to know the order which can I go sequence

If you are planning to loose weight it is very good if you follow natural ways. Doing diet and gym is better option than using sauna belt. Gym and swimming if followed alternate days is ideal. On day of gym practice, can take steam bath. Don't fix particular routine, that will habituate your body and on long term will not have effect. For practical results, consult a dietitian.
