Need to know about ADHD
I have troubles focusing in work as well as in personal life. its been bothering me for few year that i might be ADHD. i hv read a lot about it. almost all symptoms i have read stands ture in my case. how can i be sure of it.?

There are questionnaires plus Any psychiatrists and is trained to take history from your childhood to ascertain if it is ADHD and if it is severe enough to require medication. Or just requires regular counselling or both
