What should be the right dose of augmentin duo and asthakind dx syrup for. 4yrs old kid of 13.5 kg? My son is coughing from 1 month. Little confused on dosage

Hi is the child examined by pediatrician? Then the dose would have been mentioned on prescription anyways. If not seen by pediatrician, pls visit doctor.
