Need of Surgery
I met with an accident. I took a MRI of my knee. Is a surgery needed or not. The below attachment is my MRI.

The option of surgery is completely based on what your profession and what the requirements are..if your knee post physiotherapy is stable then no surgery..but if you do want to play sports it's better to go for an acl reconstruction

Yes..you should go for a arthroscopic ACL reconstruction. This will give stability and a good feeling to your joint.
