As you have mentioned ur diabetic and hypertensive...u need to take good control of it once u start ur treatment.Starting with reports..it mentions you have locally advanced Carcinoma of breast. No need to worry as of now because breast cancer treatment has evolved tremendously over years and there are lot of treatment options available at this point of time. The ideal treatment strategy will be starting chemotherapy to downsize you tumor making it amenable for surgery...followed by surgery and then followed by radiotherapy. It takes a whole year perhaps for you to finish this treatment and following all this ..since ur ER PR positive, hormonal.therapy will work for you and you have to continue it for another 5-10 years.
Health Tips
One most important piece of advice for you is to not skip any of the treatment in form of chemo, surgery and radiotherapy.Just trust your oncologist blindly and do as they say..no doctor wants to harm their patient. Be diligent and come on time and donot skip any treatment at any cost.If you are financially not able to afford the treatment..make sure you visit nearest Government cancer hospital..they will be equipped with all facilities

Right now not operable but after chemo should become operable. After completing chemo you will undergo surgery followed by radiotherapy and then hormone therapy to be started. Disease is locally advanced. So exact chances of recurrence would be difficult to predict. And right now should not think about it.
Next Steps
Have a positive attitude and take treatment as advised
