hello,
you need to consult an orthodontist and get it checked. get your x-rays done. it is better to see the case clinically for proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
Lisping is partly due to wrong teeth positions and freni ma you need braces to expand your teeth arches so the tongue will have adequate space to speak. Close gaps between teeth and cross bites need to correct. Also the frenulum attachments or tongue-tie needs to be relieves. Need to check airway function and sleep apnoea dysfunction if any. If problem still persists then need to consult with speech therapist
The lisping might be partly because of malocclusion of your teeth and you might also be having a tongue thrusting habit wherein while pronouncing certain words or letters(especially with 'S's) , your tongue might be pressing incorrectly against your front teeth, a childhood pattern which usually corrects with age in most but some people. In any case, get an orthodontic consultation done and then only you'll get a correct diagnosis after a clinical check up. If this is the scenario, a simple tongue crib appliance therapy and braces might help you resolve the issue. All the best.
