Need advice regarding braces
I heard if we put braces on teeth..then we have to visit the dentist on monthly basis...for tightening the braces...but i come from shipping profession..iam a sailor...and i go for continous 4-5 months of sailing..so for me it is not possible to visit dentist on regular basis...so is there any other option..pls advice?

Respected sir Thank you for your query There are invisible braces which increases the time in which you need to visit a doctor. Being an orthodontist myself I would recommend invisalign as its best aligner system in the market although it is a bit expensive but the results are the most reliable and predictable. You may reach me or any other certified mds orthodontist for a check up and thorough opinion

You can opt for invisalign treatment which is made up of clear trays the doctor would advice you to change these trays on monthly basis depending on your progress. These trays come in one pack of number trays and can be carried and changed by you only. U need not visit the doctor always

There are invisible braces where in you hav to change the alligners every fortnight on your own . You could go to your nearest centre and ask for them . Clear alligners , there are many varieties like clearpath, invisalign etc.
