Hi Doctor..I'm attaching my neck X-ray here can you pls check if i have Spondylosis thank you i face neck pain along with hand also most of the time left side neck

There is straightening of cervical lordosis, Kindly avoid using thicker pillows, and while working r using mobile phones, neck should be in ergonomic position. Start doing neck strengthening exercises Physiotherapy (USG & IFT) Analgesics Pregabalin 75mg HSOD for 2 weeks Hot compression twice daily for 20mins each

Spondylosis nt possible at this age.. it could be cervical disc disease

For an accurate diagnosis, a detailed assessment with clinical examination and proper history followed by appropriate investigations is needed. X ray suggest early changes of degeneration at disc level-C5/C6

Neck muscle strengthening exercises. • Spine ergonomic instructions-Avoid forward bending, and ground-level activities. To sleep on a cot with a firm mattress, Sit on an ergonomic chair/Table for work, take a break every 45 mins on sitting jobs, and electronic device to be placed at eye level. • Watch for increased Pain/Fever/Weakness in Limbs, Bowel/Bladder. If present, follow up with the nearest hospital
