Neck sprain
Severe sprain in right side of the neck. Pain on moving head sideways. Possible reason is due to improper posture while sleeping. Need suggestion on what to do to mitigate the pain. Any exercises aur over the counter pain relievers

Looks like a muscle sprain. Pain killer With a muscle relaxant is required. Apply ice packs. Preferably contact local orthopaedic surgeon.
