  4. Neck pain since 10 days. Please help.

Neck pain since 10 days
Hi doctor, My wife is having neck pain since 10 days. The pain is aggrevating after sleeping. She couldn't able to look side and down. I have gave her zerodol-p but it's not working. Please help.

get a XRay done of cervical spine and consult an orthopaedician. hot pack application and anti inflammatory with a muscle relaxant to be started. try changing posture/sleeping position and use a thin pillow.

Looks like spondylitis a x ray of neck will be helpful Pl do neck strengthening exercise And have a good posture
