Neck pain at rightsolder
I am suffering with nech pain at right solder side. When I sleep in night it's ok but while wakeup from sleep pain is too much even I can't wakeup. Please suggest whom I need to contact

U should go for x- ray cervical. May be u have cervical spondylitis. U should go for physiotherapy treatment. Traction & SWD will be beneficial for u.
