If pain is nonradiating then u need to maintain do neck and back Physiotherapy and avoid prolong neck flexion. U can take symptomatic treatment for short term

Hello Kalpana With your mentioned age and weight, I would advise you to have Tab Rejunex CD3 1tab daily And Tab Dolo 500mg SOS for pain. Exercises and posture maintainence once the pain subsides are advised. You also need a basic blood workup/physical examination to evaluate your nutritional status.

Consume lots of fluids. Calcium rich diet Green leafy vegetables, dry fruits. Once pain subsides, do simple yogasanas or Neck and back Strengthening Exercises.
