Neck Pain for 3 days
I have been suffering from neck pain over the last 3-4 days. Now the pain has extended to even shoulder and back. Is there any injection which I can take to get immediate relief?

If u prefer short term relief than u can take medication or injection referred by physician if not then meet sports physio for u r neck stiffness due to cevicogenuc muscle spasms
