  4. Neck pain and headache. Kind to help me?

Neck pain and headache
I am not able to sleep at night continously. By morning I am getting first neck pain followed by headache. I believe root cause could be using 3 pillows and less sleep. Could you please be kind to help me?

Hi it might be cervical neck pain.so please consult orthopaedic doctor or physiotherapist to get check up done.
