Neck pain and fever
Whenever I shallow something its very painful to me like even drinking water and i have a fever from yesterday and whenever it gets night the pain becomes more painful in my neck even after taking painkiller it's not getting less

This is not NECK,  it's throat. Betadin gargle before meals add 1 ml solution in hot to warm water gargle with it. Tab augmentin duo 625 two times a day after food for five days. Tab ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for five days. MONTEK LC ONE at night. Light home made food.

Might be sore throat.. Do salt water/ butadiene gargling 3 times/ day Take azythromycin 500mg once a day for 3 days Paracetamol for fever Rantac with empty stomach Probably you Might get relief in 3 days if not continue for another 2days
