  3. Neck pain & tingling. Continue therapy?.

Neck pain & tingling
Hi, I had neck pain few month before without tingling & consultant with Ortho doctor. I did MRI &XRay and attached in this query. Doc advised for physio IFT &ICT. After therapy I have felt pain increased in neck & sometimes tingling from neck to arm , head and leg.To whom I have to consultant?shall I continue therapy?.

according to your mri report you have got mild disc bulge at C5-6 region, its better to treat conservative by drug therapy and cervical collar, if symptoms doesn't subside consult orthopedic surgeon ,to be evaluated clinical once again to decide for surgical treatment
