I am felling pain in main back of neck and in half side of head also suffering from gass creation

Most probably It's due to cervical Spondylosis and Gastrointestinal infection.
Avoid High pillow and do regular exercise for cervical muscles. ALSO take Homeopathic Medicines for permanent solution.
For gas problem, take Homeopathic Medicine - Kalmegh Q 10 Drops twice daily in some water for 7 days and Chelidonium Maj Q 10 Drops twice daily in some water for 7 days.
Also take Vitamin and minerals suppliment if any Deficiency is there.
