Hello! I've had a knot pop on the back side of my neck close to the hair line. it's a good distance from my ear. It was there christmas and then went away. Now it's popped back up all of a sudden. It does hurt to touch or move my neck a certain way. we did try to pop it as well with a needle and nothing.
