Neck headache
My headache starts from my neck. I have taken physiotherapy earlier but no help. I don't know what to do.

Its because of cervical spondylosis leading to nerve compression. It generally occurs because of your slouched posture, forward neck bending for long time specially if you are a computer professional or do some table work.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +traction (may require) +some strengthening as well as stretching exercises.
Health Tips
At home.. Try sit tall+no cold exposure +no neck bending +after 2 hours of work try bend your head backward.

Neck pain is common if you work long hours at the desk.
Next Steps
Take frequent breaks. Stretch yourself. Use a small pillow while sleeping. Apply hot water bag at home.

If pain persists beyond a week visit an ortho surgeon who can prescribe meds for you.

What is your job profile? Do you sit on a desk for hours using a computer? Neck pain and tension headache is common in young professionals. Treatment is to take painkillers for short duration. But principally you need to do neck physiotherapy regularly with discipline. These can be done at home.
