Neck Head Shoulder Pain
Severe pain in neck head and shoulders...dont knw wht to do done with medicines from 1 year .Xray,CTscan,mri all negative nw doing physiotherapy ..frm 20 days .bt Franklyn not getting the good results...help me doctors.

Hello .......This condition may be a Upper Cervical Syndrome...... avoid Mobile Phone when you lying on bed and watch TV with same. Place towel roll under your neck gap. Place pillow under head and shoulder with correct position (AVOID LYING ON PAIN FULL SIDE). Do gentle NECK EXERCISE LIKE SEE LEFT SIDE 10sec *10time Right side 10*10 See Upward 10*10time. Avoid neck rolling (Yoga). Good Luck.
