Neck Cervical Early
Got sprain on right side of neck & hand,consult orthopedic he suggest me to go for IFT/TF/hot pad therapy for 15 days,so still confuse should i go for.

Hello there....., apply alternate warm and cold compresses.... The cold helps reduce inflammation in the area, which in turn allows it to heal.... . The heat helps bring nutrient-rich blood flow to the area to stimulate a healing response.....
gentle massage will help to stimulate blood flow in the area, which helps it heal.....
Take anti-inflammatory medicines, such as ibuprofen.... Consider soft cervical collar for few days...Consult your Orthopedician for further advice...
