I have chronic neck pain(Left) and teeth sensations(Left) since long. I met an orthopedic with cervical xray of neck. He says xray is normal. Prescribed some medicines and asked me to do some exercise. For teeths, i have already undergone flap surgery(due to gum issues). I do not grind my teeth. Neck pain and teeth sensations are more in the evening hours. Do i have to meet a neurologist??

You should consult a good physiotherapist nearby. This could be a condition know as trigger point of upper trapezius or levator scapulle muscles which may gives referred pain to jaw or mandible.
You may have to take some sessions of physiotherapy and learn the exercises and continue doing that. Postural correction advices should be helpful.
