Neck and soldier pain
I have been having pain in my neck and shoulders from few months ..I have done an MRI the MRI reports says There are peridiscal osteophytosis The cervical discs are desiccated.there are disco to atrophy fix compression of the thecal sac at multiple levels predominantly at c3-c4,c4-c5,&c6-c7 What shall I do now

U may need spinal decompression surgery or u may land up in limb weakness. Or simply go for physiotherapy and neck collar and avoid bending
