Neck and shoulder pain
Yesterday just after wake up I feel extreme pain in my left neck and shoulder
Then I went to the doctor I took zerodol TH MAX after took the medicine I pain reduce little
But when I lay down I feel pain in my neck so I can't move side
And when I move my hand and neck I feel slight pain in my left neck and shoulder
Is this serious

This may be due to acute spasm in lower neck muscles.
It doesn't seem to be very serious issue and should subside by medicines.
Next Steps
Pls continue the tablet for now. also, start with hot fomentation, avoid any heavy work or jerky movements of neck.
