  4. Neck and shoulder pain. To get relief.

Neck and shoulder pain
I am facing stiff neck & neck and shoulder pain. The pain areas are not fixed. The pain also comes at the back of the shoulder. Its very uncomfortable. Sometimes my neck have crackling sounds when I bend my head on both sides. Kindly suggest what should I do to get relief.

this could be cervical spondylosis problem.  do physiotherapy.  consult a neurologist in your city.  with few medicines this should improve
