Hello, I went through your query, Treatment for watering eyes isn't always necessary. Treatment depends on how severe the problem is and what's causing it. For babies less than one year, massaging on inner canthus itself opens up the nasolacrimal duct, please consult ophthalmologist, he will teach to how to massage the area.
