Nasal turbinates hypertrophy

My daughter is 2yrs old since 1week she has visible swollen nasal turbinates along with itchy nose,rubbing nose continuously,some cold symptoms as well. Please kindly help me

Could be allergic rhinitis. Rule out allergens that could be causing this-eg- dust, temperature change ,food products, etc
