Nasal spray addiction
Few weeks ago doctor told me use nasal drops 4 times a day because of blocked ear but now it is hard for me to breath without it. I was prescribed to take Xylometazoline hydrochloride nasal drops IP 0.1%.
Plz suggest me what to do.

You are not supposed to use xylometazoline drops for more than 7days consecutively. Else it will reach a stage where your will be blocked all the time unless you use the drops. Stop using xylometazoline drops. You can replace it with saline nasal drops.
