Hi.Do you have any medical problems like hypertension?There could be various reasons for your epistaxsis. It could be as simple as constant picking of nose,to chronic sinusitis,to a nasal overgrowth to hypertension. So first search for the cause & then treat.

Get routine blood tests done. Check blood pressure. If need be then CT Scan may be required. Consult ENT.
