Nasal Congestion
My 2 days old newborn sometimes has a nasal block and starts crying. We are using saline drops and it helps but is there some other way also to treat this? Can I use nasal aspirators?

Hey, its just two day old baby . Stuffy nose or nasal congestion happens when the tissues inside the nose swell or produce mucus. dry air
irritants such as dust, cigarette smoke, or perfumes
viral illnesses (such as a cold) can cause stuffy nose. You can continue saline drops and its safe .If you want to use aspirators do not go too deep or you can cause damage to the inner part of the nose. Let the air come back into the bulb, pulling the mucus out of the nose with it..
