Try using Budesonide nasal spray. It's safe but can be difficult to procure. Otherwise use fluticasone or momentasone nasal spray.
Frequent saline nasal washes also relieve allergic symptoms.
Oral antihistamines are best avoided if not really necessary. Xylometazoline and oral decongestants are a strict no.
Use nasoclear plain saline nose drops as many times as you want. No side effects.
If not relieved by that take otricin drops sparingly and never continuously more than 3 days.
