I See little Bloody mucus When I Blow My Nose forcefully ? But it is not usually happen to me . What is the causes of bloody nasal mucus and how to treat it .please advice .

Forceful blowing can cause capillary damage and epistaxsis
Avoid nasal picking if any
Steam inhalation
If no nasal obstruction head ache or any other symptoms nothing to worry

dont blow ur nose forcefully. When there is congestion in nose the blood capillaries will be fragile so that when you blow your nose that automatically bleeds
so consult an ENT doctor in practo and take proper medication

There are many causes
Most common is any injury. It is better to avoid forceful blowing.
It can also happen with infection
Ideally you need to get evaluated with endoscopy, xray etc
