Myopia of power 2.5D
Hello Doctor, I am a 17 year old I have myopia of power 0.25D in one of my eye. The doctor advised me to use spectacles and asked me to have a good and a balanced diet...do I need to use spectacles in normal conditions like when I am sitting in the classroom and also will using spectacles cause Progressive Myopia?

This is very small power.you can avoid glasses if there is no headache or vision related problems

There is a discrepancy in your message at the heading it is 2.5 and later .25 .
