My ultrasound findings reveal that I have myoma at posterior intramural: 7.3 x 7.3 x6.7.cm and at the anterior subserous: 3.7 x 3.6 x 3.4 cm. My uterus is retroverted, too. Right ovary has follicles: 2.2 x 2.1 cm; 1.9 x 1.9 cm. I am 38 years old, single. Should I go for myemectomy? Is hysterectomy a likely option?

According to your usg findings the myoma you have mentioned is big
Your age plus that you are not married doesn't make hysterectomy a favourable option
Secondly what are your main complaints, are you having any symptoms
Myomectomy seems to be preferable
You need to know that certain small myomas may be present which may later grow to increased size which may b missed too
