My wrist is hurting.
I fell on my wrist about a week ago. the first days I was unable to move my fingers or wrist now I can I move my fingers and wrist only up and down not side to side. It feels sore. What should I do

Hi there You seems like to be suffering from post traumatic pain syndrome. You can try using ice pack for 15 minutes around your affected wrist in morning and in evening you can dip ur hand and  do wrist movements in warm water adding a half spoon of salt in water.
