What's the age of patient?. It seems to be typical symptoms rt sacroiliac joint (hip joint pain) . This type of pain may be referred pain from hip joint disease. This type of pain is managed by physiotherapy n excresices. But pain severity is too much n not able to do physiotherapy properly ; it's time to visit nearest pain physician/ consultant.This is pretty new speciality to common public but these type of doc are post M.D. fellow in chronic pain management. We do interventions under live x ray control to treat it.
