My wife was used preganews and she got result is positive, and she's not feeling good from some days. So i want to know how to take care of my wife?

Probably it is first pregnancy. Go to gynecologists she will advice you properly... This is not cough and cold type of problem where you will get some medicine with morning evening doses. Pregnancy is very important for couple so donot take any type of opinion online just rush to gynecologist in your locality she will take care of all these symptoms..
