My wife is pregnant and bp is 151/96
My wife is 33 and 38th weeks pregnancy is running.Baby has developed fully as per doctor. My wife bp is 151/96.Is it ok to go for caesarean delivery after 4-5 days or high bp may cause life threatening?

Bp is high. Better to undergo caesarean today. Yes high bp can lead to life threatening complications. She can develop seizures. After delivery only her bp will come down to normal

Please start the medication to control bp. C section with such high BP is risky. Please follow the advice of your doctor. Don't take unnecessary risks
