According to your height your ideal weight should be 57 kgs. You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Ur ideal weight should be 59kgs.. as per ur height and age... U can shred off few kgs to remain in normal category of BMI. Since u r a non veg lover try not to eat organ meat coz that contains maximum amount of fats which will get deposited over long run n result in weight gain.. go for lean meat... Fish is good... But not any kind of fried cusine.
