Hi good to see your query. U need to v a balanced diet. Take high calorie foods mostly cereals enriched with protien like animal products. Add butter, ghee,take dry fruits 50g. Plenty of vegetables 400g & 4 types of fruits. Sleep min 8 hours. Also there are some matter S like heredity, your present lifestyles, foods u r consuming etc to analysis & modified max by a trained nutritionist.
