I need a while teeth but its little yellow...n sometimes it pains when I eat ice cream or something cold n sometimes blood comes out...how to get rid of it...any suggestion..

It sounds like you have serious dental problems.  You need to visit a dentist to address them.  Pls take an appointment as soon as possible.
